The ages of 7-11 are a particularly important stage in a boy’s education as this is when the knowledge absorbed in the infant years is built upon and a firm foundation for life is created, equipping your child for the challenges of secondary school and beyond.

It is at this stage that single sex education capitalises on this potential. Our dedicated and experienced staff at Westholme provide excellent teaching tailored to meet the specific needs of boys, with small class sizes and plenty of variety, whilst shared activities with the girls at our Girls' Junior School ensure they get the best of both worlds.

Being part of such a large school community also allows us to take advantage of the fantastic facilities available to us and the boys have many chances to use the Sportsmark Gold Award sports facilities and professional theatre at our Senior School site.

Our friendly teaching environment coupled with the variety of extra-curricular opportunities ensures that Westholme boys not only perform to the best of their academic ability but develop into confident, happy and well rounded children, fully prepared for the adventures that lie ahead.
