Projects

Project Momentum

Project Momentum was launched in February 2007 to raise funds for three very important new initiatives for Westholme. The Project has been named Project Momentum after careful thought. We wanted a name that encapsulated this important sense of moving forwards, of taking us into the future. Just as pupils of today benefit from the kindness of previous benefactors who provided the Theatre, the Science Block and the Sixth Form Centre, so too will todays benefactors provide for future generations.

The first part of Project Momentum, a new all weather pitch at our senior school site, was completed in September 2009 and officially opened by Jeremy Hunt MP (Shadow Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport).

Nursery Extension

The second initiative, the first phase of theNursery Extension project is now complete and the children have been enjoying exploring the new space in the conservatory extension at the rear of the building.

Bursary Appeal and Music Centre Extension

We are also continuing to raise funds to support the other two parts of Project Momentum, the Bursary Appeal and the Music Centre Extension.
