After School Care
The After School Care Service at Billinge House offers affordable, accessible and good quality childcare.
The club has up to 32 places and these can be booked on a regular basis or casual bookings can be made by contacting the school office 24 hours in advance of the required date. Casual bookings may not always be possible and will be organised on a first come, first served basis.
The club is activity based, and children are offered a number of exciting activities to engage in. These include numerous physical activities, arts and crafts, pretend play activities together with a variety of toys and games. Children are also offered a quiet location to complete their homework and/or for quiet contemplation. A light tea is provided at the club.
The staff are well qualified, many being classroom assistants at Billinge House who already know the children well. The After School Care Service opens when school supervision finishes at 3.45pm and runs for two hours.
Please contact the school secretary on 01254 686590 to book a place. The same charge applies irrespective of the time the pupils are collected and this is added to the fee account.
