Moving on to the Junior Schools
The journey does not stop here. Your confident 7 year old son or daughter will now make the transition up to the Junior Schools to Beardwood Bank for the girls and the closely sited, but separate, Beardwood House for the boys. The step up is an easy one as they are moving with friends and will have seen the faces of many of their new teachers. We make the process as easy as possible with induction and taster days so they are comfortable with their new surroundings, and are eager to embrace the new challenge before them. Throughout Year 2 carefully planned trips and events to the Boys and Girls Junior Schools' aid this smooth transition.
