Problem Solving, Reasoning and Numeracy
This area involves using numbers in daily activities, learning what can be done with them and developing a range of flexible methods for working mentally with them. We then gradually move children on to more formal methods of working and recording; as well as learning about shapes and space, quantities and measures, time, patterns and developing a sense of logic.
