Mrs Lisa Bolton (Headteacher), BA (Hons) Primary Education with Science and QTS
Mrs Bolton is the Headteacher for both our Nursery and Infant Schools at Westholme and taught in both our Pre School and Year 2 classes before becoming Headteacher. She loves to snowboard and has recently taken up mountain biking, visiting Scotland and Wales regularly. Mrs Bolton also enjoys walking her bordie collie called Sprocket.

Mrs Michelle Britch, BA (Hons) Business and Languages
Mrs Britch manages the Nursery and tries to soak up as much time as she can with the children. The girls always know when she has escaped from her desk as she brings out all the baking stuff from the cupboards to make her favourite cup cakes, managing to get more sprinkles on the floor than on the cakes every time! 
Well... it's more fun that way!

Miss Eileen-May Hornby, BTEC Level 3
Miss Hornby is our Deputy Manager and she has brought energy to Westholme Nursery since we opened in 2006. You will often see her sitting with her Daisy group catching up with her daily cuddles and squeezes from the children. Every week Miss Hornby enjoys listening to the children, finding out what they enjoy doing the most and ensuring that it is involved in the following weeks planning. She is now working towards her NVQ Level 4.

Miss Emma Fox, NVQ Level 4
Miss Fox works with the Daisy group ensuring that they have a rich and varied curriculum. Miss Fox is often entertaining both herself and the group by playing funny face shape and colour games on the interactive whiteboard or making a very sticky mess with her favourite paper mache activity in the recycling and junk modelling area! She has finished her Foundation Degree and is currently working towards her BA Honours.

Mrs Azita Ghanbari, NVQ3
Mrs Ghanbari shares her love by bringing sparkle to circle time. She loves to sit with the children catching up with what they have done with Mummy and Daddy and shares her own family stories with them. Quite often you will hear stomping and "ahhh" noises from the children, however we never worry...we know that Mrs Ghanbari is reading their favourite; The Bear Hunt. She works with the Poppy group and has two key children.

Mrs Kathryn Martin, NNEB
Mrs Martin works with the Poppies and enjoys reading stories and playing circle games with the children. She can often be found painting windows with the children's favourite characters. She has over 30 years experience and ideas in child education.

Miss C Hitchin, BTEC Diploma in Early Years

Miss Hitchin is our newest member of staff and she is proving to be very popular with all the children. She has a very quiet manner which is helping to settle the new starters. Miss Hitchen is a key worker for a number of Daisies and she enjoys playing in the role play areas and has a very good imagination.

Miss Jade Morton, NVQ Level 4
You will often see Miss Morton suiting and booting her Poppy group in their puddle suits and wellies for daily listening and nature walks around the Westholme campus. On most days we can follow the mud trail around the nursery to find a small group of children sharing the contents of their buckets which include leaves, conkers, twigs and berries. Every day is a learning and discovery experience at Westholme Nursery! Miss Morton has finished her Foundation Degree and is currently working towards her BA Honours.

Miss Georgia Madden, BTEC National Diploma Level 3
Miss Madden is a key worker for all the poppies at Westholme Nursery. If she is not jumping around with the children leading them in music and movement, she is helping them create pieces of work using bright colours and lots of sticky things! At home she is kept busy with her 8 brothers and sisters, not forgetting her rescue dog Sapphire.

Mr Alfred Houghton
Maintenance Team
Mr Houghton is a member of the Maintenance Team at Westholme School who works mainly at the Girls' Junior School and the Nursery. He and his partner have two daughters. His hobbies include DIY, computers and motorcycling to name but a few
