Holiday Activities
During some of our school holidays, Senior girls can take part in various holiday clubs, including Theatre Week which takes part during the summer holidays.
Theatre Week
Theatre Week is for anyone aged between 8 and 14, who love to perform on stage. In a week you will become part of a production, which is created as the week goes on.
You will work in groups of different ages and in the first three days you will make costumes and props, learn dance routines and songs, and improvise scenes that will make up your part of the play. By Thursday you will be ready to put everything together and have a go at face painting and make-up. Friday is the day for technical and dress rehearsals and to prepare for an evening performance for friends and family.
The week costs 130 and includes all materials, a Theatre Week t-shirt and up to 4 tickets for friends and family for the show on the Friday evening.
Information about the 2011 Theatre Week will appear here nearer the time - please check back then for more details.
