Business Connections Welcomes Oliver Westall

Our termly Business Connections Event was held on June 15^th in the library at Wilmar Lodge, amongst the wonderful GCSE art exhibition. We were privileged to be joined by former MBA Director at Lancaster University, Oliver Westall. He engaged the group with lots of interesting theories and anecdotes which made us think about the power of real, authentic networks built on reciprocity and trust. Mrs Croston who attended the event said, �Oliver brought the topic of networking to life for us. We were inspired to think about how many roles we each have, and how many relationships we have to nurture. At Westholme we teach our pupils the value of community and never has it been more important to make these bonds, for the benefit of society as a whole.� Thanks go to all those who attended and we look forward to another good session next term � details will be on the website.
