Grease is the Word!
Westholme's summer production rocked to the sounds of the 1950’s as Grease fever took over the school!
The romance between Danny (played by Fiona Porritt and Kiera Wilkins) and Sandy (played by Megan Cooper and Alice Singleton) blossomed as the T-birds and the Pink Ladies sang and danced their way through a host of hits, including Summer Nights, Greased Lightnin’, and You’re the One That I Want. A special performance of Beauty School Drop Out even incorporated flying trapezes, creating a spectacular sight that drew gasps from the audience!
Overall it was a magnificent production and everyone involved – on stage, behind the scenes and in the audience – had a truly electrifying experience!
