Girls' Junior School Prizegiving
Last night, the Westholme Theatre again filled with proud parents as it was the turn of the Girls’ Junior School to celebrate their achievements this academic year with their Prizegiving ceremony.
The prize presenter, Caroline Coughlin, a former Westholme Head Girl, talked to the girls about seeing the world through other people’s eyes and working hard to realise their dreams. As a very successful business manager, Caroline is the perfect example to inspire the girls to succeed in what is still sometimes a man's world. The choir and recorder group also treated the audience to some beautiful performances in between the giving of prizes to the girls from each year group.
Well done to all of the girls who won prizes, and to their classmates who have also worked very hard over the past year.
