Red for Heart Coffee Morning
The girls and boys at Beardwood Bank and Beardwood House all came to school wearing something red today for their “Red for Heart” coffee morning, in aid of the British Heart Foundation. The childrens’ parents were invited to come into school for a coffee and some yummy heart shaped biscuits (as well as the legendary Westholme shortbreads of course!).
Both schools held raffles to win hampers of red goodies and over £1000 was raised from the event, a fantastic achievement! Click here to view some pictures of the children and their parents at the coffee morning.
