Year 8 students have been working on their food challenge and competition as part of their assessment for Food Preparation and Technology. They had to choose a recipe from around the world and then write a detailed time plan including how much the dish will cost to make. In the final stage of the competition they had to prepare, cook, taste and evaluate their food.
There were some delicious recipes created and everyone worked really hard. Winners and highly commended students received a recipe book so they could continue to cook at home.
