Year 10, 11 and Sixth Form Spanish students enjoy a taste of Spain
On Wednesday 6th November, Spanish students from Year 10, 11 & 12 had the good fortune of going out for tapas with Miss Widnall, Mrs Blizzard, Miss Shaw and of course our wonderful Language Assistant, Pilar.
La Vina in Manchester proved to be a popular destination once again, providing a fantastic atmosphere and wonderful (and lots of!) authentic tapas, not to mention the Hispanic waiters who would not take any order unless it was in Spanish. They certainly look after us whenever we go back!
A really lovely evening was enjoyed by all and it was a perfect opportunity for the students to practice the language whilst tasting new dishes.
