Billinge House children receive a letter from St James’s Palace
The children at Billinge house were delighted to receive a ‘Thank you’ letter from St James’s Palace this week.
In April, they took part in their very own Billinge House wedding to celebrate the marriage of Prince William and Catherine Middleton. They also made a wedding card and sent it to the Royal couple. This week, they received a special letter of thanks from St James’ Palace.
What a lovely reminder of the Royal Wedding.

At Westholme, aspirations were encouraged strongly, along with a clear ethos that working hard was the way to achieve them. It’s an attitude that has been incredibly positive for me.
More than anything, Westholme taught me to be fearless in my aspirations. It was an environment which encouraged me to stay true to myself, and to treasure and cultivate my creativity.
I think that it is extremely important that people aim for the best and keep their aspirations for the future high. Aspirations and dreams are hugely motivating.
