During lockdown over the Summer, some of our Year 12 (now Y13) biologists took part in the Intermediate Biology Olympiad.

On Thursday and Friday this week, our students took part in a charity cake sale to help raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, with huge help from Thomas Franks who baked all of the wonderful treats.

As an English teacher, I have a tendency to be hyperbolic and today I am going to continue to conform to this stereotype. National Poetry Day at Westholme never fails to be a unique experience; pupils embrace the poetry challenges with genuine enthusiasm and creativity.
Yesterday, our Year 11 students had a taste of their future with our ‘Into the Sixth Form’ introduction afternoon.
