The ever popular Fairtrade Stall creates a shopping frenzy!
The students of the Year 10 Westholme Fairtrade Committee, along with Kath Greenlees, the Fairtrade representative, ran a very popular stall in the LRC at break and lunchtime today.
The students sold a wide range of gifts, cards and sweets to a very enthusiastic crowd and raised funds for the Fairtrade Campaign.
They even dresssed up in their Christmas hats and put on festive music to get everyone in the Christmas shoppng mood.
The favourite purchase seemed to be the Fairtrade chocolate but it’s not likely to last until Christmas! Thanks to everyone for their support – we raised an amazing £740!
