Year 6 go on a Geography field trip
Year 6 girls journeyed to Fairhaven Lake in Lytham for a geography field trip linked to their study of coastal environments.
They spent the morning hunting for plant and animal life on the salt marsh and on the mud flats. Mud-dipping proved very popular!
In the afternoon, they produced a sand dune profile and looked at the different zones of the sand dunes. It was a very successful day enjoyed by all.
