Year 7 pupils learn about the Library
All of Westholme’s new Year 7 pupils have attended three library induction lessons with Librarian, Mrs Hall. During these sessions, the girls have taken part in a Fiction Treasure Hunt, become non-fiction detectives, learnt about the Dewey decimal system, and have had a go at the Library Crossword. All girls receive a free book and so they spent time discussing the books they like before making their choices. Certificates were awarded for achieving new library skills.
