Macmillan Charity Cake Sale

Today the students and staff across the School took part in a charity cake sale to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, with the help of Thomas Franks who supplied all of the delicious treats.

At Infant and Junior School the tables were decorated with the Macmillan table cloths, balloons and bunting and pupils lined up in a crocodile, waiting in mouthwatering anticipation for their turn to choose their favourite cake.

The Sixth Form charity team organised the cake sale at the Senior School which was held during break time, when of course there was the inevitable rush to be the first at the tables.

As always the event was a great success and the total amount raised was just over £872 – incredible! Well done to everyone involved.
