After the success of the Junior School Carol Service last week, the Senior School service took place yesterday evening at Blackburn Cathedral and the festive cheer was there to be felt by all.

The children of Preschool and Reception took part in their captivating performance of ‘Whoops-a-Daisy-Angel’, which took place at the Nursery and Infant School this morning.

This Tuesday, the Sixth Form leaders of the Amnesty International Human Rights Group held a ‘Write for Rights’ stall in the hallway outside the dining room. Catching students and staff on their way into and out from lunch, they were helping to raise awareness of individuals suffering from human rights abuse all around the world.

We were delighted to welcome Mrs Greenlees from Fairtrade back to the School this morning to help host a Fairtrade produce stall in the LRC. Students and staff took the opportunity during break from their lessons to stock up on their favourite Fairtrade products.
