The Bug Lady visits our Junior Schools
Year 5 children were eager to learn during their session with Susan the Bug Lady at the start of term.
She brought along her trusty ‘bug box’, and in turn, showed the children various creatures including a praying mantis, a tarantula and even a hissing cockroach!
A favourite, was Brian, the giant African snail. Susan was astonished by the children’s vast knowledge of the creatures and their habitats.
What a great session of interactive, yet creepy learning!
