The labyrinth provides a place for peace, tranquility and thoughtful reflection
Westholme can be one of only a handful of schools to be able to boast its very own labyrinth. Thanks to the brainchild of Miss Worthington, Head of EPR, and the work of the Mathematics and Maintenance departments, Westholme now enjoys its very own labyrinth.
A magnificent team effort has gone into the designing and creating this superb structure and the result is a thing of lasting beauty for the school. Situated next to the Music Centre, the labyrinth is designed to provide pupils and staff with an area of school devoted to quietness and calm, where a few minutes can be taken out of their busy day to walk the labyrinth and to quietly reflect.
