The Year 2 children enjoyed a lovely Autumnal morning as they searched for signs of the changing season.
The children thought about why the trees were changing colour and why berries were hanging from the trees.
The children made their own delicious sandwiches which they enjoyed as part of their packed lunch sitting beneath an oak tree.
During the afternoon the children rounded off their work on Traditional Tales by making a story character out of twigs, leaves and clay.
The children then told each other stories about their character and finished the afternoon with a class story telling session outside under the trees.
