Year 2 visit The Lake District

A wonderful day spent in the great outdoors

The children visited Brockhole on the banks of Lake Windermere for a programme of activities, including pond dipping and a predator experience.  

They particularly enjoyed learning about a hedgehog, peregrine falcon and pole cat! At around mid-day the children had lunch and explored the adventure playground.  

What a lovley day of learning outside the classroom!
