On Monday, Year 4 enjoyed a fantastic trip to the Grosvenor Museum in Chester learning about all things Roman.
After a hands on workshop learning about Roman cooking, archaeological digs and even making their own mosaics, the children marched to the Roman amphitheatre where they learnt about the importance of working as a team when facing the enemy in battle. They particularly enjoyed taking part in the traditional marching chant: “Sin, sin, sin, dex, sin!”
