Longridge narrowly take first place at the Boys’ Junior School Sports’ Day
Another gorgeous day of sunshine at Westholme helped to create the perfect atmosphere for the Boys’ Junior School Sports’ Day. The boys ran as fast as they could, jumped and threw as far as they could, and mastered the “challenge race” in front of their cheering parents and classmates.
The teachers also took part in the challenge race, and Miss Neville was crowned the champion!
Longridge narrowly beat Bowland to take the trophy at the end of the day, with Pendle coming in 3rd place. Well done to all the boys!
A big thank you to the staff for organising the sports’ day and of course to the parents for coming to support the boys.
