Cambridge Visit

Sixth Form students visit St John’s College, Cambridge

On Saturday 19th March twelve Lower Sixth Westholme students visited St. John’s College, Cambridge which provided an opportunity to get a feel for life in this prestigious university city.

Some of the girls met up with former student Mrinalini Dey who gained a place at Murray Edwards College to read Medicine.  They also had a tour of St. John’s College and gained valuable information regarding Oxbridge applications from the Schools’ Liaison Officer, Dr Chris Cotton.  Cambridge looked glorious in the sunshine and all twelve girls fell in love with the city and its beautiful buildings. We wish them every success in gaining a place in September 2012!
