Dance Showcase
On Thursday evening, we held our inspirational Dance Showcase in the Croston Theatre. It was the ideal opportunity for our talented students to perform in front of an audience and demonstrate their abilities.
This year has been a big year for Dance at Westholme. Students have taken part in many workshops with professional dancers and choreographers, watched numerous performances at the Theatre and performed at venues such as the Lowry Theatre.
On the evening, there was a fantastic variety of performances. There were both solo and group performances, covering a wide range of dance types.
All the dancers involved worked extremely hard in the build-up to the event to make sure that they had polished their performances for the evening, which they well and truly did.
They did this through dedication and attending clubs every lunchtime in their spare time to choreograph their own dances. Well done to everyone involved!
